Superhub 3 playing up

For the last 2 weeks now, anytime I stream on either Netflix, prime or YouTube after about an hour the router decides it won't let me connect for rest of the evening...
First the white light flashes, then the 2 green lights, then they turn red... Goes through multiple reboots... Settles on solid white light be more often then not when you can finally connects it has no internet access... Any ideas? No connect is through WiFi and Lan cable too... I've pinhole reset, I now leave it off over night so I can have internet next day...

Re: Superhub 3 playing up

I wonder if it could be temperature related, I'm not sure if the hubs have a thermal cutout.  Is the hub located out in the open where it can get plenty of airflow through it?  Does it feel unusually hot after it's been on for a while?

Re: Superhub 3 playing up

Just seen your power levels which are not great.  -6 dBmV is considered the low cutoff point and you have one channel below that and several others fairly close.

Also the Signal To Noise ratio is not good.  It should be at least 34.5 dB and the higher the better.  You have 6 channels below that level and some others only just scraping in.

Upstream power levels look ok.

Looks like you've got a noisy connection and your power levels need boosting.  You will need an engineer's visit to sort that out.  150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

I'm sorry to hear about this hixxy6661,

I've located your details and it appears you're currently being affected by a high demand for our service within your area under the fault reference F005975875, with a review set for 04 APR 2018. Virgin Broadband, Interactive TV, Catch Up TV, TV On Demand and your TiVo® service Home menu may be intermittent at the moment.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Let me know if I can assist with anything further,
