My VM superhub 3.0 has died.
There is no power to the unit.
I have checked the fuse, socket, power brick, etc.
The power adapter is fine.
There is no life in the hub itself.
Attempted calling support, which was incredibly unhelpful - they did not want to listen, eventually did a technician booking for Thursday (4 days hence), so we lose 4 days productivity as we work from home and rely on the internet. Kept wanting to run tests, and was confused at the concept of it not having power.
Is there anything that we can do to help fix, improve or expedite this issue?

I am sorry to hear your hub is not working but glad our team was able to book this in for you. I am sorry you feel this way our team would have booked this in the next available slot.
I know this is frustrating when working from home but we are unable to expedite this.
