Its is constantly rebooting every few minutes. Can someone check this out please. There is no internet connection, even when the white light is on the s hub 3 .thanks
1) Call customer services and report the fault, it’s the quickest way.
2) The hub is NOT rebooting. What has happened is it’s lost contact with the VM CMTS at the other end of your connection. It is trying to reestablish the connection.

I am sorry to hear you're having this issue. Can I confirm if you're still having this problem?
I have been at work today so is there some way of checking if the router has been rebooting or whatever, if I look in the router settings, or can someone here check it ? Thanks

We are unable to check when the Hub reboots from here
Looking at this the Hub has not been unplugged for the last 3 days
Have you noticed if its still doing the same as before?
