Superhub 3 keeps trying to reboot

  • My s hub 3 keeps trying to reboot.  Its been doing it all weekend.  I cant get online , have tried reset button but symbols on front just keep flashing . Can admin check this for me ,as I think the router is broken.

Its is constantly rebooting every few minutes.  Can someone check this out please.  There is no internet connection, even when the white light is on the s hub 3 .thanks

1) Call customer services and report the fault, it’s the quickest way.

2) The hub is NOT rebooting. What has happened is it’s lost contact with the VM CMTS at the other end of your connection. It is trying to reestablish the connection.

I have been at work today so is there some way of checking if the router has been rebooting or whatever, if I look in the router settings,  or can someone here check it ? Thanks

Hello patch1234

 

We are unable to check when the Hub reboots from here 

Looking at this the Hub has not been unplugged for the last 3 days 

Have you noticed if its still doing the same as before?
