Superhub 3 keeps dropping wired connection

Superhub 3 keeps dropping wired connection

My PC is hard wired directly to my superhub 3 router, several times a day my windows 10 pc, disconnects from the internet.  I have tried different PC's in case it was something within windows 10 and also a new network ethernet cable.  I have also tried wireless connection still with the same outcome.  It generally loses connection for about 20-30 seconds several times a day and then comes back on.  Any ideas what is causing this?

I've logged into the superhub 3 here is the info from the ROUTER STATUS page if that helps?  Please let me know if you need anymore info thanks

My LAN connections keeps dropping out ever since I accepted a free upgrade from 150mb to 200mb speed a week ago. Before I was upgraded my system was solid, now my wired connection is dropping out a lot! It’s making it nearly impossible to play on my PS4 online, constantly receiving LAN cable disconnected.

I have got the same issue.  Wired connection keeps dropping.  Its a right pain!  @Virgin, is this a firmware issue?

I’m sure it’s because I accepted an upgrade, as my connection was solid for years until I went to 200mb. I need to call support but only have a mobile so it’s gonna cost a fortune. I was hoping they might respond to this thread instead.

I have taken a look and it seems there was a fibre break ref F005956801. This has now been resolved and the connection looks ok from this side.

Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have had similar issues with your connection. 

 

I have taken a look and it seems there is FECS on the connection (noise on the line) I have raised this to networks to investigate further and will let you know once I know more.
