Hi, thanks for the reply.

There has been slight improvement to the connection as it didn't go off at all yesterday. However as you mentioned, the connection did seem to get lost around 1 and 4am this morning.

I'll keep an eye on it and if the problem still persists I'll re-post the router info here.

UPDATE: So it does seem that the work at the exchange fixed the problem of the router disconnecting in the evenings. However after several days of the internet being fine, a new problem has arose. From Sunday 4th November - Tuesday 6th November there was 1 disconnect on each day at random times. Then on Wednesday 7th November there were 5 disconnects at times between 16:36 and 19:32. On Thursday 8th November there were 2 disconnects at 16:31 and 16:36. There were no disconnects on Friday 9th November. And so far there have been 4 disconnects today (Saturday 10th November) from 15:26 to 17:29.

Considering that the work on the exchange did fix the problem for several days and looking at my previous posts I'd say that the problem is at the exchange. However I will re-post the router information below to be analysed.

Sorry to hear that problems have resurfaced 😞

A few Time Out events in the logs though no evidence of any drop outs and checking your Hub and local circuit from this end shows all to be in good shape.

Is there any change in the Hub lights when the connection goes down and is this happening on both wired and wireless connections?

No, the hub light stays a solid white light and it happens on both wired and wireless connections

So we had an engineer around on Tuesday and he checked the levels and everything was fine. But also he took something off the router that another engineer put on and since then the internet hasn't gone off. I mentioned the work at the exchange and he said he'd send some network people to take a look at it in a week. I will post back when the network people have come and say whether anything was found or not and the status of the connection.
