Superhub 3 Rebooting

Hi,

For the last month or so my superhub 3 has been doing irregular reboots. I'll be browsing the internet and things will stop loading, when I check the superhub, it will be flashing yellow, and I'll lose connection to it for about 2 minutes. My superhub is in modem mode.

I contacted virgin about this and they sent out an engineer, who said I had loose connections. It seemed to be ok for a couple or weeks or so, but the last few days the problem has returned.

I'm starting to suspect it may be a problem with the superhub.

Any advice on things I can do, or check would be appreciated.

Just as a bit of extra info on this, I tried to get to the superhub status page, using the IP address 192.168.100.1 as per this page:
https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-hub-modem-mode
but this page will never load for me for some reason 😞
