Can forum support please run a line check? Our Superhub 2ac has been dropping out and my ASUS RT-AC68U router keeps throwing up 'WAN_Connection: ISP's DHCP did not function properly' errors since Saturday. A VM tech was at the local cab on Monday evening.
Dropout before 2pm on the 19th
Dropout at 3.30am on the 20th. Rebooting hub restored connection. I disabled reply to ICMP thus the red graph for rest of the day
Dropout at some point during am of 23rd. I rebooted Superhub and enabled reply to ICMP just after 7
More trouble in the afternoon on 23rd. Firmware updated my ASUS router and enabled strict inbound filtering. Further dropout before 8pm. Asked support to reactivate my Superhub 2. By the looks of the unusual average latency spike, I'm inclined towards this being an intermittent network fault
I had an engineer out 3 weeks ago who swapped my connection over to another tap, removed the attenuator on the back of the hub and suggested I reconnect the SH3. After several weeks of perfect connectivity, another dropout tonight with no corresponding errors in the modem log. Had to power cycle the modem to regain connectivity. Hoping this isn't the start of more dropouts to come. Would appreciate if forum team can run some tests on the network and give some input.
