Superhub 2 flashing green UL/DL no WAN - Area 03

Good morning VM Community

in brief we have a VM Superhub 2 - the green UL/DL ( <—> ) light is flashing green and there is no Internet connection.

I ran the my.virginmedia.com self test and the diagnostic reports the Superhub is turned off. I confirm the equipment is currently powered on.

This may not be helping - just appeared on VM website service status...

We know of 1 issue in your area

 
Virgin Broadband, Interactive TV & V6 On Demand services might not be working at the moment.
 

The problem is almost fixed - our engineers are carrying out their final checks.
