Good morning VM Community
in brief we have a VM Superhub 2 - the green UL/DL ( <—> ) light is flashing green and there is no Internet connection.
I ran the my.virginmedia.com self test and the diagnostic reports the Superhub is turned off. I confirm the equipment is currently powered on.
