Please can the below be checked to see if the power levels and errors are ok, The friendly staff on whatsapp support advise me there unable to check / test power levels.

I have just taken out a brand new 1gig service aswell and i can confirm all cables are tight and connected properly

so ive found a random Forward Path Attenuator near the line that wasnt connected, ive connected this now and seen the power levels look alot better and still in spec

VM staff members get to posts in order of latest post. So the more posts of stats, that everyone agrees are bad, puts you at the bottom of the queue. Just wait until they get to your post.

Hi Fawcett90, 

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've been having an issue with your connection since upgrading to the 1GB service. 

Once an upgrade has been done and a new Hub installed, it can take a little while for it to settle down on the network. Rebooting all the time can actually cause more issues. 

Looking at the Hub stats, things are looking fine in terms of the power levels and the pre-rs errors are nothing to worry about really. The main concern here is the post-rs errors. 

I can see you've already spoken to the teams and there is an engineer booked to come and check on things.

New stats, engineer has been and tried some changes in the cab but it seems worse now, hes going to call and hopefully come back tomorrow, But im only running around 100mg now

Speeds are all over the place - sometimes from cab to router i get 1200mb - but most the time between 200-600mb - but its never a stable speed coming from the cab to the router.
i should hopefully be getting another engineer visit as the engineer last night was unable to resolve and passed onto a supervisor
