Please can the below be checked to see if the power levels and errors are ok, The friendly staff on whatsapp support advise me there unable to check / test power levels.

I have just taken out a brand new 1gig service aswell and i can confirm all cables are tight and connected properly

Power levels on the downstream are fine, what is worrying the Pre & Post RS errors are very high. These figures are accumulative since the hub was last power cycled. Also needed are the upstream levels, sometimes they are more important and the network log. So please power cycle your hub and post a new full set of data after about 2 hours minimum.

so, the router has already been rebooted today and this was also a new superhub 4 install today as i upgraded to 1gig

Channel 11 is really bad with noise ingress, the frequency that it is on is right in the DAB spectrum band, so that almost certainly where the problem lies. Check all cables connections are tight. You probably need a technicians visit. Best to wait for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Spoke to the broadband team today and its like speaking to a robot, they say the channels are fine and showing no errors on there end
