For the last two night nights when I go to play my xbox the hub flashes green and won't provide any internet.
£40 for 350mb supposedly the best internet and I'm having to use my phone data, what a complete joke.
Can anyone offer any help on this? I've reset it, unplugged it etc etc same old green flashing light.
Phone customer services and report the fault.

Sorry to read you are experiencing an issue with the broadband connection.
I've run some checks on your line and the downstream power levels are too high at +20 dBmV. For this I have sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) to arrange an engineer appointment.
