Super Hub problems

My Hub has been having problems, with all the lights green, and the bottom LED flashing.

My girlfriend works from home and is unable to access the internet at all. Virgin say they can't connect to our hub at all now, and are saying they can't send anyone out until Monday - is there anything I can do to get them out here?!

Being without internet completely is an absolute nightmare.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

Sorry to read you are experiencing loss of broadband connection.

 

I've run some tests and the router is showing as online with no errors.

 

How did the engineer appointment go? Is the internet working ok for you now?

Hi,

In the end they cancelled the engineer coming out, told us it was a problem that needed fixing elsewhere. We then didn't have any internet or TV services for 3 days, before it being fixed.

So all in all, we decided we'll stay with Virgin, but if this happens again we'll probably leave. We work from home, and can't really afford to lose connectivity for half a working week.
