Super Hub 3

I have been given a Super Hub 3 to replace a faulty Super Hub.

All my devices have connected to the new Hub apart from my printer - a Canon MP495.

I have given the 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz channels unique names but this has made no difference.

Do I:

a) buy a better Hub;

b) buy a new printer;

c) change Internet Provider (currently paying £86 for a fairly basis service)

Re: Super Hub 3

start with the printer - it may well be looking for the old hub - if it has a reset button press it - if not rerun the install software

Re: Super Hub 3

Thanks Tony but I am using a MacBook Pro and haven't had to install software. The MacBook just found the printer when I was using the old Hub.

Re: Super Hub 3

there are changes in the hub3 but i cannot see them not seeing the printer unless the printer is in some way remembering an old password for example or the SH ssid - can you reset the printer to factory default and see what happens
