Super Hub 3 - No Wifi - After reset, Wifi Lights flash and then stop. What to do?

There is no Wifi. Hub.jpg After reset, the Super Hub 3 has internet arrow lights, the WiFi light flashes for a while and then stops.  No devices in the house can attach.  I've run a test through my account pages, the BOT just send me round in circles.  What to do next.  No one can log in to do their work!

From what I recall - that means that the hub hasn't connected to the CMTS.

Do you get broadband if connected through ethernet?

(Hopefully someone better informed will be along soon)
