Super Hub 2 broadband issue

In the last couple of days my broadband is intermittently dropping out. I've run a couple of equipment tests online (using my 4g signal) which suggest no problem. I am having to keep rebooting the hub, which is beginning to get annoying. Is this my hub in th process of falling over?

Could be a network fault in your area post your downstream and upstream.

Thanks for getting in touch, I am sorry to see that you had trouble with your connection. 

 

I have taken a look and the connection seems fine from this side. 

 

There was a fault around the time you posted. ref F005727720 but this has now been resolved.
