Unable to send email logs. I have tried various smtp accounts on Virginmedia and gmail. I have reset Super hub to factory defaults. I can see various historic issues but are there any current problems.
Given the lack of updates for this device it would not be a surprise if it no longer met the prerequisite from email services that require a secure connection. Wait for other forum users to confirm this suspicion or the forum team to provide a definitive answer; be aware that it can take the forum team a few days to work through to your post.
Thanks for your reply but I have recently resolved issue. It appears that my gmail accounts blocked any outgoing email from the hub as it did not recognise it. I was able to alter the permission inside my google account. I am not sure about my VM account I haven't followed that up
