Stuck on installing software

How long should a software update of my Hub 3 take? I’ve had a combination of green lights for WiFi, Update and Power for about two hours now and it’s becoming tiresome.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with the hub stuck on installing software. This should not take too long. Have you rebooted the hub to see if this helps.

I have located your account and I can see that the hub is showing online at the moment. Has this issue been resolved? If not or your experiencing any issues please pop back and let me know so we can investigate this further.
