Strange Issue on Superhub 5

Hi all

Currently running a superhub 5 on the 1Gig package and seem to have developed an odd issue. My coonection is 'working', tests run say no problems and there are no problems reported in my area either on the website or through the phone number.

What is happening is that whenever a new connection is made - be that enter a website address and click go on a phone, laptop or PC or start a youtube video on the appletv there is a distinct pause of up to 4-5 seconds and then it loads. This never used to be the case but is now consistent on every device we have and so I am assuming there is an issue with the modem.

These two messages keep appearing approximately every 20 minutes in the log.

Speedtests get up to full speed just fine, but even they have they very clear point at start where the connection is hanging before doing anything. Below are more of the status pages. Any help appreciated!!
