Standard Internet drops + low upstream?

Hello post #unknown about usual loss of internet here's the usual stuff, + I've read that 33-51 dbmv is good for upstream mine looks abnormal if that is the case, maybe is a cause of worse internet maybe not.

Re: Standard Internet drops + low upstream?

Something strange going on there. Lots of download RS errors, and yet an excellent SNR which I'd expect to suffer.

The upload is a disaster with only two locked channels.

Definitely call in to CS for an engineer visit.

Edit: It's worth just checking that the coax connections are all tight.

Re: Standard Internet drops + low upstream?

Bug in .610 firmware.  Decimal point is in wrong place for Upstream. Having said that your US power levels are too high and should be below 51 and preferably more than 2 channels.
