Split network now can’t see 5Ghz network?

I’ve just split my new Virgin network by following YouTube videos. However I can only see the 2.4Ghz network, the 5Ghz doesn’t appear. Any ideas please?

Is that for one or multiple devices?

It could be that your device doesn't support 5Ghz.

It just wasn’t showing up but weirdly has just appeared. So this is now solved. Thank you!
