Why sm.i recieving such low speed

A few possibilities.

What Hub model is it? What devices are you testing speeds on and at which speed sites? And is that on ethernet cable connections or over wifi? If wifi is that on the 2.4 or 5 GHz band? If ethernet have you tried with a new Cat5e/6 cable and checked the NIC card isnt set to 100mbps - and the drivers are up to date?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
