Sound on android tv box and on video calls on pc repeatedly drops

Hi, 

I have two issues that may be one and the same. When I watch Tv on my android box hard wired to virgin network the sound continually drops for a second at a time. Additionally, when I am on my pc hardwired to virgin network for video calls, the sound drops repeatedly for a second or two at a time. Can anyone advise what the root cause of the issue could be?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your services. 

Are you experiencing drops in connections at these times as well or just a delay in the sound?

Hi Zak, thanks for responding , on occasion there is a loss of picture, (freeze or delay) but not as often as the sound issue.
