Hi Community
For some strange reason, my TV has flagged up with the following message “Wi-Fi has no internet access” “You are connected to a Wi-Fi network that does not have access to the internet”
My Wi-Fi is working perfectly okay and don’t quite understand what the issue could be. I have googled the error and followed a number of task from resetting the TV to resetting the hub with no avail.
Has anyone else encountered a similar fault? Any help would be much appreciated please.

call Virgin, they will give you the IP address for the tv 🙂

Very similar for me with my Samsung tv. Driving me mad as the Wi-Fi works perfectly well but it cuts off from the TV and is showing no IP address etc in the network settings.
