Hi

I have had a problem for a while and I have reset rebooted and left hub unplugged for a while . I am only able to plug in a couple of the ethernet points , if I plug in too many they all stop working.  Do I need a new hub ?

Possibly, but first you need to try a pin-hole reset of the hub. Hold the switch in for at least 60 seconds and then the hub will reboot, do NOT power cycle the hub.

If the problem then still persists then:

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111 or if you have a VM landline 150
