Hi all - the power light on my super hub 3 is showing solid red and all the Ethernet connected devices are no longer responsive. The router hasn’t moved and isn’t warm, usual reset hasn’t changed things…any ideas?

I have been able to locate your account on our side and can see you have a reported fault in your area.
This is SNR fault. The reference for this is: F009522266. The estimated fix date is: 13 JAN 2022 15:00.
Can you confirm for how long the red light has been showing on the hub?

If you’re in modem mode the hub3 shows a permanent red/magenta light all the time anyway
