Our Hub 3 has had this constant solid red light for the past few weeks. The WiFi isn't the greatest either. I've checked all connections, they're all fine. Numerous reboots, it's cold to the touch so ruled out over-heating and it's out in the open so I had no doubts about that.
Really frustrating, anybody have any firm suggestions to resolve this issue?

Hub will probably need replacing. A VM staff member should get to your post shortly.
