Solid Red Light SuperHub3

My hub has a solid red light despite being well ventilated and has been rebooted several times.

It is a brand new hub installed only 2 weeks ago as a replacement for the previous hub 3.

This is affecting my working as I work from home.

Please confirm you are running in router mode.

I have checked from here and its not in modem mode,

So we need to get this replaced sorry 

Just make sure its in a cool place and away from any source of heat 

I will need to send you a private message to pass security

Can I reschedule my appointment? I won’t be able to get home from work in time for the time slot and my wife will be asleep getting ready for a night shift.
