Solid Green Power Light and flashing green arrows

We run the Hub 3 router in mode mode. After it was mistakenly power cycled it won’t reboot into modem mode, normally indicated by a solid magenta power light. Instead the power light remains solid green and the green up and down arrows flash. Rebooted it a couple of times now and no difference. Checked all the connections and they are done up tight. No faults on the network in our area. Diagnostics check says there is a problem connecting to the hub. Any advice gratefully received.

In case it helps anyone else, after leaving for over 30 minutes the Hub switched into modem mode and is now working fine. Can't believe it took that long to start-up, connect and then switch into modem model.
It then took over an hour to try and cancel the Engineer Appointment that had been booked. What an absolute farcical experience that was. No way to cancel on-line, eventually found a contact phone number. A long time later the agent was very helpful in cancelling the appointment, but only after his terminal crashed multiple time.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've not had the best experience cancelling the technician visit. You should be able to do this via your online account, apologies this wasn't showing.
