We run the Hub 3 router in mode mode. After it was mistakenly power cycled it won’t reboot into modem mode, normally indicated by a solid magenta power light. Instead the power light remains solid green and the green up and down arrows flash. Rebooted it a couple of times now and no difference. Checked all the connections and they are done up tight. No faults on the network in our area. Diagnostics check says there is a problem connecting to the hub. Any advice gratefully received.
