So whats soo good about the hub 5 compared to the 3? I used to get lots of bad internet issues with the 3 does the 5 help? And I pay for 250mb is it true the hub 5 rewards you with more?

I'm very surprised you got one as it's normally only given to those on 1 Gig. The WiFi should be slightly less bad but that's about it. Ethernet speed should be exactly the same on your package. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
