Pod keeps flashing won't connect even after 30 hours any suggestions please

How close to the Hub is the Pod when trying to set it up - is it quite close - in line of sight ?

If it is it "may" not have been activated correctly. Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3) – you will need the serial number/MAC address off the barcode sticker and also your account number,
