My mobile phone is slow when using WiFi why?

Thanks for your post 

Can you see if this helps with the Phones slow WiFi

Long press the Wifi symbol 

Click on the connected Wifi Network 

Click on view more 

On Mac Address type, choose Phone MAC

The then see if that helps

Is it a Nokia 3310?

If not, what make/model is it and are you connecting on the 2.4GHz or the 5GHz frequency band?

What Hub model is providing the wifi and how close is the phone to it and is there fresh air between them or some "obstructions"

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Hi John 

The phone is a 5g a53 Samsung device.  Not sure how I find out the bandwidth.
