For the last few months our internet is getting slower and slower but each your the bill goes up. We have tried to resolve it over several calls to virgin but all we get is It’s all working now from virgin buts never improved. I’ve tried the connect app but cannot login. Tried the modem settings but cannot login.
Any ideas I’m about done with virgin.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment.
I have looked into the issues on our system and can see that there are some issues with your connection that would need an engineer visit to resolve. The issues relate to the up and downstream power levels of your connection.
