Slow, intermittent internet

Evening,

Any help would be appreciated. my internet has been constantly slow and poor for the past few weeks and checking the BQM (Links at the bottom) its shows as a blank red screen for the majority of days. Info below.

I already have one set up although renewed it the other week due to it just showing a blanket of red, I have just checked again and it is doing the same.

It's been a week and I've had no PM for an update. Internet again has been dropping off and below is the current WiFi speed I'm getting sitting in front of the router

No offence but I'm sick of the standard reply from a manual I'm getting after every message, I've came back because I haven't received am PM after Matthew said they'd look into it.

You have the links for the BQM, you can see it shows multiple packet losses and the WiFi is still dropping out and now every so often the LAN. The signal may look alright when you look into it but at the end of the day it's not.
