Hello everyone,
For the past 3 days the has been a problem with my broadband. I am on M500 but am getting very slow download speeds and virtually nothing for upload. Both wireless and wired connections in my house are struggling to connected and load a standard web page. I have rebooted the router and reset using the pinhole, and I have checked the cables. All seems to be OK in my area on the service status checker too.
Please help!
