Sky glass won’t connect to the internet fine yesterday not today

Sky glass won’t connect to the internet but was all good for the last week or so

how to fix this

The Sky forums today say there are issues for some customers on both Sky Glass and SkyQ connections. I didn't have the issue on SkyQ but others did.

Seems changing the DNS setting on the SkyQ resolved the issue - but Sky Glass does not support that.

It's been a few days since your post so we're checking in to see if the issue has now been resolved? Was it the Sky problems that were causing the connection issues?

We have no known issues with Sky Glass working with our connection at the moment.
