Showing Wi-Fi but no internet on Apple devices

Hi,

Every day my families iOS devices connect to my Wi-Fi & take up to 45 minutes to say there is internet connected. Is shows it’s connected but no internet use mobile data. This happens every time The devices are disconnected from the Wi-Fi network so if A iPhone/ipad or MacBook leave the house it happens multiple times of the day. I’ve tried rebooting the hub & also renaming the 2 frequencies but still happens. I’ve currently got the hub 4 & now spend most of my time just turning Wi-Fi off on my iPhone
Any help would be appreciated
