Should I upgrade my router?

The router I'm currently using is the superhub1. I have been having problems with my WiFi for a while and I've been wondering if my router is the problem as I know Virgin is now on the superhub 3.

Yes its a museum piece now. Call it in as a fault saying the Hub (dont say router!!) wifi has stopped working and you would like someone to come and repair it.

Hi gunfoof, thanks for your post.

 

Sorry to hear about the problems you've had with your WiFi.

 

The kit you're using is a bit long in the tooth these days, and could be responsible for the issues you've experienced.

 

Have you been able to speak with the teams on 151/ 0345 454 1111 - options 1,2,3 so this can be looked into?
