Hi, i did a service status search, it comes up with problem with TV, i dont know what, TV seems to be working okay? Followed standard reboot processes, ran test and comes back the same.
Contacted Virgin, not really helpful, just said they cant see anything wrong? I asked well why does it keep coming up with Issue Found on TV? Ran test via my mobile and my laptop etc.
Same outcome....Issue Found. Try re-booting. Did that again, still comes up with Issue Found message.
