Service Status

Hi, i did a service status search, it comes up with problem with TV, i dont know what, TV seems to be working okay? Followed standard reboot processes, ran test and comes back the same.

Contacted Virgin, not really helpful, just said they cant see anything wrong? I asked well why does it keep coming up with Issue Found on TV? Ran test via my mobile and my laptop etc.

Same outcome....Issue Found. Try re-booting. Did that again, still comes up with Issue Found message.

Have you checked for “known network faults”?

As well as trying the “check service,” Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum), also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level (that may not be listed on the Area Status web page which usually covers >1000’s of customers) - that may give you more info whether there is a "real" issue.
