Security settings for wireless

My signal is constantly dropping out . Apple update caused ‘ WPA/WPA2 (TKIP) your wireless is not considered secure’ message. It then suggests configuring to use WPA2(AES) or WPA3 security type.

Have looked in wireless settings and do not see these options to change on the drop down list.
Tried ringing Virgin many times. Help would be appreciated - thanks
