Saying I'm outside the uk

Hi, 

For a couple of weeks now I've been having error messages when trying to stream BBC and all 4 etc on my laptop. It says I'm outside the uk, even though I'm in my house! It's very frustrating. 

I read a previous thread on here that said to check the IP address, the results showed it's virgin, it UK....however the map shows the location in Switzerland????

Could this be the issue and if so how do I resolve it?

Sorry to hear this is still ongoing Flylo, are you able to try what worked for JBrennanb and log out of the site on other devices and then log back in using the code they give you? See if that resolves the issue.
