Sam Knows RealSpeed is wrong

How on earth can it give me one LAN figure, yet a real download comes out at 3 times that speed. I'm not 100% convinced on the WAN speed either. Screenshots attached.

I am getting similar results with "Sam Knows". Just got 1 Giga broadband package 2 days ago. I couldn't work out how "Sam Knows" was quoting higher download speeds via wifi than over ethernet cable connections. My conclusion is their "speed to computer" function doesn't work for ethernet connected devices.

Speed to Hub 1000Mbps, Speed to computer = 96Mbps

Speedtest.net = 450Mbps

Steam = 100MBps

Epic Games = 70MBps

Can I ask are all of them speeds on a wired connection?

Also from checking our service, I can see since posting there hasn't been any readings that would contribute to issues with your broadband as of now.

How is your service looking?
