Used to have a sound stable connection but over the past three-four days I've had persistent dropouts to the point where I am now unable to work from home as Teams calls are impossible due to VPN dropping in and out.
Having looked at a couple of other posts I am hoping one of the Forum Team will pick this up as the Network Log from the hub is showing SYNC Timing Synchronization failures along with RCS Partial Service errors which seems to require engineers to resolve. Note: I have done the obvious and checked all connections, rebooted and reset the hub, etc.

You have loads of post RS errors on seven of your downstream channels, a couple of your upstream power levels are a little too high and you have lots of T3 timeouts.
Check for local issues on 0800 561 0061 and ensure that all cables and connections are tight and secure and not kinked or damaged.

Thanks Cardiffman
I had tried before re: checking connections and all appeared OK. What I have just done now though is take out the TV/broadband coax splitter (don't have the TV service anymore) and plugged incoming coax straight into the back of the hub. Continuous ping of bbc website appears to be returning stable connection......"interesting", as never been an issue previous.
We shall see!
Cheers

Thanks for the update. It's always helpful to hear what has worked.
