SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync

Hi All,

First time using this but hoping I'll get better help here.

Since Monday my internet has been continually dropping out. There were some Virgin vans on the street, doing something to the comms box.

Since then I have had non-stop issues, the network logs on the Hub 3 show multiple SYNC Timing errors. I have spoken to Technical support who just kept telling me to restart the hub, which I have done many times and have also reset it. We had a technician out on Friday who gave us a new hub and the errors are still continuing.

It's been  6 days of non stop issues and as I work from home I really need to get this sorted. All devices are hard-wired in so it's a WiFi issue.

Can someone please help?

Just to update you, I've cancelled my contract with Virgin and I'm moving to another provider.

9 days of continuous loss of internet has caused far too many issues for my work and the customer service I've recieved has been awful, including Virgin trying to sell me things whilst I'm asking for help to fix this issue.

Matt - thanks for taking the time to reply and if possible pass on my thanks to the engineers (Liam and Chris) for trying to help us out.
