SSID error

ok folks so my superhub 3.0 has lost its SSID and is only transmitting its internal macc address

 

ive tried a full reset etc and its still the same couple with wifi drop outs etc starting to think the hub is on its last legs

 

anyone else had issues like this

A few people reporting that after a firmware update its getting renamed to "1"

Can you log into the Hub settings and type in the "correct" SSID - or rename the 2 bands to what you want?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

the settings are correct when i log in and checked but when transmitting and detected by devices its just showing the macc address and im getting wifi drop outs

Do a 60 second pinhole reset on the hub and set it up again
