I have seen lots of chatter regarding issues with paying sonus 1 with the virgin 3 hub - tracks skip or just dont play ... I bought 2 speakers recently - set up went well and no major issues. I use spotify and tracks skip stop restart or just dont play ! Tried rebooting router / both hard reset speakers
Been on with Sonos help line ( online ) no improvements - they just keep saying it's a wifi issue !
renamed the 2 wifis 2.4 5 ghz and reset the speakers on 2.4ghz - all other gadgets are on the 5 ghz
router is upstairs speaks in lounge and kitchen - lounge is further away from router yet kitchen speaker is worse for dropping out
if i take a speaker upstairs and use the ethernet cable guess what it all seems to work !!
