Please can somebody tell me if the SIP ALG is turned on or off? I am trying to set up a phone to work from home.

It’s ON, but on hubs prior to the 3 there was an option to disable it. This feature went AWOL on all of the current hubs and if you do require SIP ALG to be disabled then there is absolutely no alternative other than putting the hub into modem mode and providing your own router which has such capabilities.
