Router will not return to normal from flashing green

Our Hub 3.0 went off last night at around 3am, and after resetting 4 times since then we still do not have wifi. Everytime we reset the Base LED remains on normal (white) for a short time before all the LEDs flash red once, then green once, until the base LED flashes green and the wifi LED stays visibly green. Any help would be much appreciated thanks

It could be to do with new software update, that’s being pushed, Which can take upto 20mins to download & install.

Switch off & unplug

Leave for a minute.

Reconnect & switch, have a cuppa & hopefully it would of redownloaded or resynced itself.

The update will restart the Hub once or twice.

We have got it back up and running now we believe it was downloading the new software update.
