Hello everyone,
Ive just got a new hub 4 with gig1 and a new nighthawk XR1000. But Im still experiencing lag spikes. Would someone who understands the router status logs let me know what's happening? Thanks in advance!

Sorry to hear about the issue with your connection.
The up and downstream levels are looking okay.
We can run a few tests from here and check on your equipment.
Sadly its not shoing anything wrong, So I will need to send you a private message to gain acccount access and run further tests.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
