Router rebooting

Hi All,

I'm a new customer and my router has disconnected a couple of times in the first 24 hours.

Please can someone check my stats and error logs to see if there is anything obvious that is not working properly?

Levels seem fine can you change the cables pushed\screwed on.

Your log shows some connection problems. Once you've checked your cable connections at both ends, reboot your hub and post the stats and logs again.

There is now a problem reported in my service area so perhaps it is coincidence that a fault has occurred on my first day?

An area fault is very possibly the reason why you are having a problem. You'll just need to wait until it's fixed.
