Hi Virgin Team,
I set up a new Wifi 18/09/22 and received an order summary, order reference: [MOD EDIT: Personal details]
I later received a "gone away form" on Thursday. I waited the 48 hours in here for an update and didn't receive anything. Our router was due to be delivered on 24/09/2022.
Can I please have a status update for the order and when I should expect the Contract to start and the router be delivered.
